Our plan includes a 30-day money back guarantee. You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 30 days after purchase if no benefits have been used. Refunds and cancellations after 30 days will be our discretion.
Payment for treatment(s) not included in the plan is due at the time of service.
Plan discounts do not apply to the following procedures completed at our practice:
• Cosmetic treatments such as cosmetic bonding and veneers.
• Implant Services (CDT Codes D6000-D6199)
• Orthodontics such as comprehensive orthodontic treatment and appliance therapy (CDT Code D8000-D8999)

They’ve been nothing but kind, patient, understanding, and helpful! I’ve had an exam with x-rays, a cleaning, and was fitted for an occlusal guard for sleeping, across a few different appointments. They’ve been efficient so I haven’t had to take time off work for appointments, they’ve brainstormed with me and offered alternative ways to do things that might help with my anxiety and sensitivity issues, and have just been so nice to work with.
