Our plan includes a 30-day money back guarantee. You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 30 days after purchase if no benefits have been used. Refunds and cancellations after 30 days will be our discretion.
Payment for treatment(s) not included in the plan is due at the time of service.
Plan discounts do not apply to the following procedures completed at our practice:
• Cosmetic treatments such as cosmetic bonding and veneers.
• Implant Services (CDT Codes D6000-D6199)

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are good about letting you know what services are/are not covered before new work is scheduled. After going to a previous dentist for 5 years, it seemed like they were pushing us to use insurance money for unnecessary procedures. One visit to Dr. Bundy's office confirmed my suspicions.
