This plan is designed to provide you with professional care at an affordable price. Once you join the Kleer membership plan, your benefits start immediately; there is no waiting or grace period. Your membership runs for 12 months from the date you join. There are no deductibles, annual maximums, or pre-approvals. The membership plan includes cleanings, exams, and routine X-rays at no additional cost. Each plan also includes one emergency visit. There are other discounts available for certain treatments, like fillings. There are some exclusions, such as dental implants and orthodontic treatment.
